• Employee Certification Training. Our Employee Certification Training is a self-paced program designed specifically for franchise employees. The certification is awarded after the employee completes all course materials and passes the final examination. Modules include:

• E-Learning. Our e-learning program is a web-based, ongoing self-paced training program. Video presentations and support materials are followed by a knowledge test at the end of each module.

• Continuing Education. SERVPRO offers credit and non-credit courses for insurance agents, insurance adjusters, real estate professionals, and franchise staff. These programs are designed to expand the attendees’ knowledge of emergency mitigation. Courses include:
